In most cases same-day. We are based on Highway 79 in Panama City Beach, which is a short drive to Lynn Haven and Callaway. Call early in the day and we almost always make it out the same day. We schedule in order of call time and urgency.
It depends on what is wrong and how much you have already put into it. We will give you the honest math on site — repair cost versus what a new system would cost over the next five years. We do not push replacement when a repair makes more sense. If the fix is under $500 and the system has been maintained, repair usually wins. If it is running R22 refrigerant and the compressor is bad, replacement is almost always the right call.
